SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Submission Guidelines

Submitted manuscripts to the International Journal of Emerging Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation (IJEMRI) must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure clarity, readability, and scientific rigor. Manuscripts failing to meet these criteria will be returned to the authors for preliminary technical revision.

  1. Article Types
  • Original Research Articles: Present novel, unpublished empirical or technical research findings with detailed methodology, results, and discussion.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive state-of-the-art literature reviews evaluating major developments, trends, and challenges in specific technical domains.
  • Short Communications / Technical Notes: Concise reports of significant preliminary research findings or innovative technical methods.
  1. Manuscript Structure
  • Cover Letter: Addressed to the Editor-in-Chief. Must state the article title, submission category, declaration of originality, and an explicit statement that the paper is not under review elsewhere.
  • Title Page:
    • Full article title (concise and informative).
    • Author(s) full names and institutional affiliations.
    • Corresponding author’s details (official email address and phone number).
    • Direct links to all authors' ORCID iDs.
  • Abstract & Keywords:
    • Structured or unstructured abstract (maximum 250–300 words) summarizing the research background, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
    • 4 to 6 relevant keywords listed alphabetically.
  • Main Text:
    • Original Articles: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion.
    • Clear heading hierarchy (1. Introduction, 1.1 Subsection, etc.).
  • Declarations & Administrative Sections:
    • Conflict of Interest: Explicit disclosure of any financial or personal conflicts.
    • Funding Statement: Details of research grants or sponsoring agencies (if applicable).
    • Acknowledgments: Recognize contributors who do not meet full authorship criteria.
  1. Formatting, Figures, & Tables
  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) format using standard 12pt font and 1.5 line spacing.
  • Figures & Tables: Must be numbered sequentially in the order of citation in the text. Tables must be editable Word tables (not pasted as images). High-resolution figures (.jpg or .png, minimum 300 dpi) should be embedded within the text near their first citation.
  • Equations: Must be written using standard MathType or Word Equation Editor.
  1. References (IEEE Style)
  • References must be numbered sequentially in the order of their appearance in the main text using square brackets, e.g., [1], [2].
  • Provide full DOI links for all cited references wherever available.
  • Ensure all references listed in the bibliography are cited within the manuscript text.
  1. Submission & Exclusivity Process
  • Originality: Submissions must be completely original and free from ethical violations or excessive similarity.
  • Online Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted via the official online submission portal or designated journal email attachment (.docx).
