PEER REVIEW POLICY
The International Journal of Emerging Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation (IJEMRI) follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the research we publish. This process is designed to provide fair, unbiased, and timely evaluations of submitted manuscripts.
1. Double-Blind Review Process
In the double-blind review system:
- Authors do not know the identities of the reviewers.
- Reviewers do not know the identities of the authors.
To maintain anonymity:
- Authors must remove any identifying information (such as names, affiliations, and acknowledgments) from the manuscript before submission.
- Reviewers are selected based on subject matter expertise and are instructed to maintain confidentiality and provide objective evaluations.
2. Review Timeline, Criteria, and Decision Stages
Timeline
- Initial Screening: 3–5 days
- Peer Review Process: 2–4 weeks
- Final Decision & Notification: Within 6–8 weeks of submission
Review Criteria
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:
- Originality and novelty of the research
- Relevance to the scope of International Journal of Emerging Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation (IJEMRI)
- Scientific rigor and methodology
- Clarity and organization of the manuscript
- Quality of data analysis and interpretation
- Contribution to the field
Decision Stages
After the peer review, the editor makes a decision based on reviewer feedback. The possible outcomes include:
- Accept (minor or no revisions)
- Revise and Resubmit (major revisions required)
- Reject
Authors will receive detailed reviewer comments and will be given a timeframe to revise and resubmit, if applicable. The revised manuscript may undergo further review before a final decision is made.
